You'll manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursements, deductions, and timely statutory submissions to Malaysian government agencies. Beyond payroll, you'll handle employee onboarding, maintain digital/physical records, coordinate recruitment logistics, and serve as the primary liaison for government compliance matters. Tanggung Jawab
- Process monthly payroll calculations, disbursements, and deductions with 100% accuracy
- Manage statutory submissions to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other government bodies
- Oversee employee lifecycle administration including onboarding, documentation, and offboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain comprehensive HR databases and ensure data integrity across systems
- Act as primary government liaison for HR compliance inquiries and audits
- Assist in developing HR policies and training programs for staff development
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on payroll processing and HR administration experience
- Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws, statutory requirements, and compliance
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data management
- Strong communication abilities for cross-departmental and government interactions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving skills for payroll discrepancies and compliance issues
