Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including meticulous data entry, document management, and record keeping.
  • Assist in the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from drafting and posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and efficient transition into the company.
  • Support employee offboarding procedures, including exit formalities, documentation, and coordination.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Handle general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist with payroll preparation by collating and verifying relevant employee data, such as attendance, leave records, and claims.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or assistant role is highly preferred; motivated fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of basic HR principles, best practices, and a keen interest in human capital management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
