Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including meticulous data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Assist in the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from drafting and posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and efficient transition into the company.
- Support employee offboarding procedures, including exit formalities, documentation, and coordination.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Handle general employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and statutory requirements.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collating and verifying relevant employee data, such as attendance, leave records, and claims.
- Prepare HR-related reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or assistant role is highly preferred; motivated fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of basic HR principles, best practices, and a keen interest in human capital management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and practical experience with HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act) will be a significant advantage.
