International Pipe Industries Corporation is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Assistant I to join our team in Quezon City. We are looking for a candidate who possesses middle knowledge across all facets of Human Resources and is ready to contribute to our company culture.

In this role, you will act as a key support member for the HR department. You will assist in streamlining HR processes, managing employee records, and supporting the recruitment lifecycle. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people thrive in the workplace, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, personnel records, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to identify manpower requirements and prepare job vacancy postings.
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure the accuracy of attendance and timekeeping data.
  • Handle general employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance-related documentation.
  • Support HR initiatives such as training programs, onboarding orientation, and employee engagement activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates middle-level knowledge in HR functions such as recruitment, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role is preferred.
