Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
- Administer and manage payroll operations accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Handle Industrial Relations (IR) matters, including conducting investigations, mediating disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Support Employee Relations (ER) initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns and grievances effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records, employee files, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance workforce performance.
- Conduct regular HR audits and prepare reports for the Head of Department to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for staffing, benefits, and other HR-related services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR operations, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial or assistant managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, Industrial Relations Act, and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local HR tools).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CPHR) is an advantage.
