Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies throughout the hiring process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, including technical assessments for IT/AI positions
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including employment contracts and employee records
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
