Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, organisational development, and talent management strategy.
- Drive the full spectrum of talent management activities, including talent reviews, succession planning, and the development of high-potential programmes to build a robust leadership pipeline.
- Partner with leadership to foster a positive and inclusive employee relations climate, managing complex casework and ensuring strict adherence to university policies and Singapore's labour legislation.
- Analyse HR metrics and workforce data to derive actionable insights, making data-driven recommendations for improving organisational effectiveness, engagement, and retention.
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to support organisational restructuring, digital transformation, and cultural evolution across the university.
- Collaborate closely with Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations to design and implement integrated HR solutions.
- Lead or actively participate in university-wide HR projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and the overall employee experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., IHRP-SP) is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4–5 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner role within a large, matrix organisation. Experience in the education or public sector is a distinct advantage.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to align HR strategies with complex academic and operational objectives.
- Excellent consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, labour regulations, and contemporary HR best practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex employee relations issues and navigating organisational change effectively.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating high levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
