- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide expert guidance to leadership on talent management and organizational development
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace culture
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a business partner role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR with business goals
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD) is preferred
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
