- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years in a business partner role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee relations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector advantageous
