As a key member of our HR team, you will act as a strategic advisor and employee advocate, partnering with leadership to align people strategies with overall business goals.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing HR plans that directly support business objectives, managing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws. Tanggung Jawab

  • Partner with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and coach to management on organizational development and change management.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and retention strategies to build a high-performing workforce.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and manage employee relations issues effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies at all times.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Manager in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with leaders and employees.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
