Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop HR strategies that support business objectives
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Lead talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and career development
- Design and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement and retention
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive data-informed decision making
- Support organizational development initiatives including change management and restructuring
- Manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR Business Partner experience in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
