Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, universities, and external organizations to build a strong talent pipeline
- Facilitate new employee work agreements and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement strategies to improve workplace satisfaction
- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to support organizational development and employee growth
- Address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year in an HRBP capacity
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data
