Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience with 2+ years in business partner role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification is advantageous
