Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Administer employee onboarding programs and maintain accurate personnel records
- Oversee benefits administration including health insurance, leave policies, and compensation packages
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace conflicts
- Coordinate HR compliance documentation and ensure adherence to labor regulations
- Organize training programs and professional development opportunities
- Assist in performance management systems and employee engagement surveys
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR coordination or generalist experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
