We are seeking a visionary Human Resource Director to lead our regional human capital strategy. Based in Kuala Lumpur with oversight of our PNG group operations, you will serve as a key business partner to the executive team, driving organizational transformation, high-performance culture, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic architect capable of navigating complex regional regulatory environments while fostering a workplace that attracts, develops, and retains top-tier talent. You will be responsible for scaling HR functions, standardizing workforce operations, and ensuring total compliance across all business units. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned HR executive looking to influence growth at the regional level.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies that align with the Group's long-term business objectives.
- Oversee regional workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession management to ensure operational continuity.
- Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement across diverse business lines.
- Ensure full legal compliance with local labor laws and international standards in both KL and PNG operations.
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives to support business scaling and market expansion.
- Direct total rewards, compensation, and benefits programs to maintain competitive positioning in the market.
- Implement data-driven HR metrics to provide actionable insights to the executive leadership team.
- Mentor and develop the HR function to ensure high levels of service delivery and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP or CHRP) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level capacity.
- Proven track record of managing HR operations across multiple geographic regions or international jurisdictions.
- Deep understanding of organizational development, change management, and strategic HR planning.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex labor laws and regulatory environments.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into effective HR strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to PNG operations as required to ensure regional alignment.
