Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for F&B operations
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor regulations and company standards
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll compliance for diverse workforce
- Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee record management
- Analyze HR metrics to inform strategic workforce planning initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or service industry
- Deep understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and labor compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive employee matters
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
- Certifications in HR management or related field preferred
