Tanggung Jawab

  • Spearhead the full recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage the monthly payroll process, CPF contributions, IRAS reporting, and government claims with meticulous accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Administer and enhance the HR Information System (HRIS) to streamline HR operations and maintain data integrity.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including events, feedback surveys, and recognition programs to boost morale and retention.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Singapore's Employment Act and MOM guidelines.
  • Partner with department heads to manage performance appraisals, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, tracking employee development and training effectiveness.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act, MOM Regulations, CPF, and IRAS tax guidelines.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Info-Tech, SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, hands-on approach to HR challenges.
