Are you a detail-oriented professional looking to jumpstart your career in Human Resources? Kiffah Travel & Tours (M) Sdn. Bhd. is currently seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Executive to join our growing team in Kepong. As a key member of our administrative department, you will play a vital role in managing our workforce, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

In this position, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, ranging from recruitment and talent management to payroll processing and employee engagement. If you are passionate about people, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to grow within a dynamic travel and tourism environment, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems accurately.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
  • Monitor employee performance and assist in organizing training and development initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role; fresh graduates with a strong internship background are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
