Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
- Handle employee relations matters and conflict resolution
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate development programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Support performance management systems and employee evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Experience in developing HR policies and procedures
