Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliance
- Design, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct market benchmarking analysis for salary structures and benefits packages
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and internal HR procedures
- Support recruitment initiatives including candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management support
- Generate HR analytics reports to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to address HR-related requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions with payroll/C&B specialization
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data
