Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payment in compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB).
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee records and personnel files in accordance with data protection standards.
- Oversee employee relations by providing guidance on HR policies, handling grievances, and managing disciplinary procedures.
- Coordinate annual performance appraisal cycles and assist in identifying training and development needs.
- Manage leave administration, attendance tracking, and medical claim processing.
- Ensure the company's HR policies and procedures remain compliant with the Malaysian Employment Act and other relevant regulations.
- Support general office administration and organize staff engagement activities to boost workplace morale.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar generalist role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, Labor Laws, and statutory regulations.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
