Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions
- Manage employee onboarding process, including preparing onboarding materials and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing company events and recognition programs
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Basic understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
