Join The Supreme HR Advisory as a Human Resource Executive and drive talent strategy for a leading multinational corporation in the building & construction sector. This pivotal role requires you to optimize workforce management while ensuring compliance with Singapore's labor regulations. You'll develop innovative HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, streamline recruitment processes, and support organizational growth in a dynamic industry environment. The position offers exposure to full-cycle HR operations including talent acquisition, performance management, and policy development within a fast-paced MNC setting.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for building & construction roles
- Design and implement employee engagement programs
- Manage compensation and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean labor laws
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Conduct performance management processes
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Support training and development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years' HR experience (building & construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR management (SHRM/CHRP) advantageous
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Proven experience in employee relations
