Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high levels of confidentiality.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes.
- Support the administration of staff benefits, leave management, and insurance claims.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably with exposure to recruitment and payroll.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
