Are you a people-person with a passion for retail operations? We are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resource Executive to join our fast-growing smartphone retail chain based in Kota Bharu. This is not your typical desk-bound HR role; you will be at the heart of our expansion, acting as a bridge between management and our branch staff to ensure operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for branch-level staff.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and daily payroll processing for retail employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, workplace inquiries, and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance customer service and smartphone product knowledge.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies across all branches.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and HR databases.
- Assist management in performance evaluation processes and incentive structuring for sales staff.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a retail management role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR documentation.
- Good command of Malay and English; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a retail business environment.
