We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource & General Affairs Supervisor to join our team at Pengiklan Anonim. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily HR operations while ensuring smooth general affairs management. You'll be instrumental in shaping our workplace culture by implementing effective recruitment strategies, fostering positive employee relations, and maintaining administrative excellence. The ideal candidate will bridge HR initiatives with operational needs to create an efficient and supportive work environment in Jawa Barat.
Your responsibilities will extend to talent acquisition, onboarding processes, compliance management, and facility coordination. You'll serve as the primary liaison between employees and management while developing policies that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance people-centric approaches with operational efficiency to drive organizational success.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Supervise general affairs operations including facilities management and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement
- Manage employee documentation and HRIS systems
- Coordinate training initiatives and professional development programs
- Organize corporate events and activities to boost workplace morale
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR and general affairs experience with supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
