Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs, payroll support, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and ensure strict compliance with Philippine Labor Code and company policies.
- Conduct new hire orientations and provide ongoing HR support and guidance to staff.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant work environment.
- Assist in performance management initiatives and employee development programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
