Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and onboarding.
- Develop and implement organizational structures to optimize departmental efficiency and role clarity.
- Administer and refine performance management systems to drive employee development and goal achievement.
- Maintain and update employee records while ensuring strict compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling inquiries and resolving workplace conflicts professionally.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities and programs to boost morale and retention.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to provide insights for management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, social security, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Tagalog.
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
