Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and implement disciplinary procedures
- Develop and execute performance management systems, including goal-setting and evaluations
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws
- Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
- Advise management on HR best practices, policy development, and legal compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a dynamic environment
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
- Proven experience with recruitment cycles and talent acquisition strategies
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
