Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
  • Administer employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and implement disciplinary procedures
  • Develop and execute performance management systems, including goal-setting and evaluations
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
  • Advise management on HR best practices, policy development, and legal compliance

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in a dynamic environment
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, etc.)
  • Proven experience with recruitment cycles and talent acquisition strategies
  • Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
