Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and compensation structures
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies
- Develop and implement HR initiatives for employee engagement and retention
- Oversee performance management systems and training programs
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR generalist experience in manufacturing/engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Certifications in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous
