- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Manage HR documentation and maintain employee records in compliance with regulations
- Contribute to HR initiatives including employee engagement surveys and wellness programs
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and data entry
- Support HR compliance audits and policy implementation across departments

Kualifikasi
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
