In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our organizational growth, responsible for bridging the gap between our business objectives and our talent needs. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support company growth and culture.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent needs to onboarding.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws.
  • Facilitate performance management programs and professional development pathways for staff.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communications.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that reflect our brand values and boost retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights for senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a generalist or HR Manager role, ideally in the lifestyle, retail, or fast-paced startup sector.
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Proven ability to build and scale HR processes from the ground up.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
