Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s business goals and organizational growth.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract and retain top-tier talent in the technology industry.
  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, industrial relations acts, and internal company policies.
  • Champion employee engagement initiatives, performance management cycles, and organizational development programs.
  • Manage administrative operations, including office facilities, vendor relations, and workplace safety compliance.
  • Provide expert coaching and support to management on complex employee relations and conflict resolution matters.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR generalist or management roles, preferably within the tech or corporate sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policy development.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS and payroll management systems.
  • Highly organized, discreet, and capable of maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
