We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Manager to drive our HR initiatives in Johor Bahru. This hands-on role requires you to oversee the entire employee lifecycle with innovative, out-of-the-box approaches. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle management including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Lead talent development programs including training, coaching, and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to provide insights for organizational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and implementation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent professional certification preferred
