- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals

- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR management experience
- Strong expertise in recruitment, training, and employee development
- Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor diverse teams
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing sector preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
