- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in recruitment, compensation, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with strategic mindset
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and data analytics tools
- Certifications in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred
