We are seeking a strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR operations and drive organizational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including policy development, performance management systems, employee benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a proactive leader who can streamline HR processes while supporting subsidiaries across multiple locations. You'll champion employee engagement initiatives, resolve complex employee relations issues, and ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Malaysian labor laws, benefits administration, and change management to foster a positive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies compliant with Malaysian labor laws
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Oversee performance management systems including appraisals and feedback mechanisms
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance programs, and wellness initiatives
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for statutory requirements and labor standards
  • Provide strategic HR support to subsidiary operations
  • Lead employee engagement programs and organizational development initiatives
  • Manage employee relations matters and conflict resolution

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years progressive HR management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and labor regulations
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in multi-location HR operations
