As the HR Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture and optimizing employee performance. You will manage the full spectrum of HR functions, from talent acquisition and retention to compliance and employee relations. We are looking for a proactive professional who can navigate the complexities of labor regulations while fostering an engaging and supportive workplace for our employees in Salatiga.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with Argo Manunggal Textile's business objectives and industry standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure we attract top talent.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and company policies to maintain a compliant and safe work environment.
- Foster a positive organizational culture by promoting employee engagement, conflict resolution, and professional development.
- Manage performance appraisals, provide constructive feedback, and identify training needs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Administer payroll, benefits administration, and compensation programs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve workforce issues and improve overall operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the textile, garment, or manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on employee welfare and continuous improvement.
