Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave management accurately.
- Design and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data to support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Human Resource Management, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
