We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and people-oriented Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions at Hai Leck Holdings. In this strategic role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our organizational culture, driving talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives that align with our business goals and foster a positive, inclusive work environment for our diverse workforce.

As the face of HR within the company, you will manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development. We are looking for a candidate who is not only knowledgeable in HR best practices but also possesses the soft skills necessary to engage with employees at all levels. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle HR function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws.
  • Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture to improve retention.
  • Drive performance management systems, conducting regular reviews and providing coaching to managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and build a robust talent pipeline through effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in partnership with external providers.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career progression.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, labor standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff at all levels.
  • Proven track record in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
  • CPHR or SHRM certification is highly desirable.
