Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor laws
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and manufacturing roles
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration
- Conduct training needs analysis and organize skill development programs
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven HR decisions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing/engineering industries
- Professional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of Malaysian employment regulations and labor laws
- Proven experience in talent acquisition for technical roles
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
