Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient workflow across the organization.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent and reduce time-to-hire.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and conduct regular performance appraisals.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and relevant labor regulations.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance workforce capability.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and employee relations management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) and payroll software.
