As a Human Resource Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent to our organization. You will collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment between business objectives and human capital strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business growth objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with department leaders to understand workforce planning needs and talent requirements
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing channels and networking initiatives
- Implement HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with Malaysian employment regulations
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates in the competitive tech market
- Conduct workforce analytics and reporting to optimize recruitment efficiency and reduce time-to-hire
- Foster positive employee relations and create an engaging workplace culture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with focus on talent acquisition
- Demonstrated track record in managing full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking tools
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a growth-oriented environment
- HR certification (e.g., MIHRM, CIPD) would be advantageous
