Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for key positions
- Collaborate with department heads to define workforce needs and create role-specific hiring plans
- Design and implement HR programs for employee onboarding, performance management, and career development
- Oversee employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and fostering an inclusive work environment
- Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to Malaysian labor laws and company policies
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate experience
- Leverage HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee data and streamline HR operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in talent acquisition leadership
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical roles in the tech industry
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, compensation structures, and HR best practices
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) are highly advantageous
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
