Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for key positions
- Ensure full compliance with Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and mandatory HR reporting requirements
- Develop and execute strategic onboarding programs to accelerate new employee integration and productivity
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, performance management, and policy implementation
- Oversee HR operations including documentation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify talent gaps and propose retention strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years progressive experience in HR recruitment and compliance roles
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and HR compliance frameworks
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across organizational levels
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
