Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain and update accurate HR records, employee files, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including performance management, training & development, and employee engagement activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
