Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of hospitality staff
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
- Administer HR policies, benefits programs, and compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Handle payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and performance management systems
- Conduct training programs to enhance staff skills and service standards
- Mediate employee relations issues and maintain positive workplace culture
- Oversee HR documentation, records management, and data privacy compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years HR experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Problem-solving mindset with conflict resolution capabilities
- Experience in employee training and development programs
