Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new external contractors, including document collection and system entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely deployment and provision of necessary resources for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS platform to ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractor inquiries, resolving issues related to payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
- Support the HR team in optimizing administrative workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in periodic audits to ensure all personnel files meet quality and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment support, or general administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act and local labor regulations is highly preferred.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
