Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with department heads to develop and execute human capital strategies that support business growth.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to managers regarding employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.
- Lead local HR operations, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal global policy standards.
- Analyze HR metrics and employee data to identify trends and implement solutions that improve engagement and retention.
- Facilitate onboarding, training, and integration programs to foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to standardize HR processes and best practices across the Cyberjaya site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced manufacturing, tech, or multinational corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and local labor regulations.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex employee relations issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex HR concepts clearly.
- Highly analytical mindset with proficiency in HRIS platforms and data visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, rapidly changing landscape.
