- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Manage employee relations by acting as a liaison between staff and management to resolve conflicts and improve workplace satisfaction.
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases using HRIS systems.
- Develop and implement engagement initiatives and activities to boost team morale and culture.
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
