Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Process HR transactions accurately, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and data changes in the HRIS.
  • Maintain and ensure the integrity of employee records and HR databases through regular audits and data validation.
  • Coordinate with payroll, recruitment, and benefits teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and improve service efficiency.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of HR processes and procedures.
  • Handle employee lifecycle events such as onboarding documentation and exit interviews.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and local labor laws.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR Shared Services, HR Generalist, or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
